The more acutely observant Gnomes are trained from a very young age in the arts of subtlety and subterfuge. These highly skilled creatures are well versed in the arts of battle, and are adept at finding and exploiting opportunity on the battlefield. They offer a bonus of 0.5% to the Fate Weaver skill, per Rogue, to a maximum total skill (all bonuses included) of 20%.
