Buildings

All buildings within the game have a different purpose, and can grant different bonuses and additional features. Certain buildings are used primarily for resource gathering and protection, others allow you to train different types of units, and yet more grant other special functions. Listed here are all the different buildings you have access to in Utopia Kingdoms, along with their purposes and bonus features.

It is worth noting that you can increase the rate of production in some of your buildings by setting how much of your population is assigned to work there. If you click on certain buildings - for example the Gold Mine or the Training Grounds, you will see a slider widget - you can move this up/down to increase/decrease the number of people working there. If all your people are at work, the slider will not increase beyond a certain level - in which case, you should reduce the number of workers in another building - or build more Homes, to accommodate more people. If all your buildings have the maximum number of workers, but you still have spare population, it is time to add another level to some of your buildings.

For buildings generating a resource, income is calculated as follows:

Default income = Income-Per-Worker * Workers-In-Building + 25

(((Default income - Start income) * (100+bonus)%) + Start income) * Race bonus
